MEASUREMENTS

Do I need to enter my measurements each time I purchase a Bespoke product?

No, once you enter your measurements the first time, our database will store them to make future purchases more convenient.

 

How can I ensure that my measurements are correct?

Our video tutorials and measurements form contain everything you need to know to take accurate measurements. For more information, you can email our Bespoke specialists at styled@bespoketrendz.com.

 

Can I change my measurements once I have submitted my order?

Absolutely! Your measurements can be changed within one week of placing the order, however, after one week, they will be sent to our Bespoke tailoring department and cannot be changed. After your first purchase, you can log into your Bespoke Trendz account to make any desired changes.

 

How easy is to me create my measurements file?

Every Bespoke Trendz product is an exceptional creation, designed and fashioned by the best artisans according to your physical measurements. Our step-by-step guide will allow you to take accurate measurements to allow your garments to fit uniquely to you. In less than 10 minutes, you will be able to set up your measurement profile and create your perfect Bespoke garments.

Can I verify the quality of your products before a purchase?

Yes! You can order a maximum of five samples of our fabric selection at a time for the price of $20. If you choose to make a purchase from Bespoke Trendz after receiving your fabric swatches, you will receive a promotion code to take $20 off your purchase.

 

Can wool fabrics also be worn during the summer?

Absolutely! Wool fabrics are suitable for warmer seasons and are distinguished by their weight and wear. Their adaptive nature and breathable natural fibers allow for adjustment to different climatic conditions. Our website will provide you with clear indications of which fabrics are suited to each season or if they can be worn year-round.

 

Where will my suit be made?

Our bespoke products are created in Asia (Hong Kong) and Italy, allowing us to bring you some of the world’s the best workmanship and selections of fabric.

 

Does the price increase for each detail I add to my garment?

The price is fixed based on the fabric you select for the garment. However, certain personalized details and additions, which are indicated on our website, will add to the total cost of the garment.

 

Do you have shops where I can see your products?

All of the Bespoke products you customize while logged into your account on bespoketrendz.com will be automatically saved in your cart.

 

How can I track my order?

Your shipment can be tracked from your account on bespoketrendz.com or on the courier’s website (you will receive an email with specific instructions and information regarding online tracking).

 

Is it possible to edit the shipping address once the order is placed?

To provide you with the best service possible, all stages of the ordering process have been automated. For this reason, it is not possible to change the shipping address once the order is placed. If the order has not been shipped yet, you can contact our customer service department to change the shipping address.

 

I forgot my login credentials. Can you help?

PAYMENT AND INVOICING

How do I Pay?

Once you have completed the online order of the personalized Bespoke products, and your details and your measurements have been saved in our database, you will be asked to complete the payment process. Listed below are the payment options that we currently accept:

Apple Pay: To make your online shopping experience easier and more secure, you may complete your purchase with Apple Pay. This choice allows you to pay directly from the cart and allows new clients to shop without having to create an account first (registration will be automatic at checkout).

Credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club International and American Express, JCB, Discover, Master Card Union Pay are the forms of payment we currently accept.

PayPal: Payment with PayPal is secure and free, and only requires an email and password to establish the account and process your payment.

Wire transfer: We will email you a form to complete with your bank information needed for the wire transfer process. Once the payment has been processed, your account will be charged. The wire transfer payment process may delay the status of the order until the funds are completely transferred.

 

 Is my payment information secure? 

Bespoke Trendz takes every possible step your personal information, so we do not save any private details of your payment methods on our site. For your security during the payment and online shopping process, our site takes online security measures and has gone through the encrypted SSL certification process. It is used for every transaction which is made on our website ensuring that the details of your credit card and your private information is not accessible to any other person or entity.

 

SHIPMENTS

Do you ship on P.O. Box Address?

All shipments sent are signature required.

No shipMENts will be sent to P.O. BOX ADDRESSES

Upon completing your Bespoke order and the payment process, the order will be finalized in our system. We will then email you a complete item list and tracking details of the shipment. The package with your completed order will be delivered to your address. The carrier will request your signature in order for you to receive your package.

Our Bespoke products will be delivered within 4 to 6 weeks depending on how specific your customizations are. Due to the possible unavailability of raw materials or other unforeseen circumstances, (such as changes in weather conditions) that are beyond the control of Bespoke Trendz, there may be a delay in the time it takes for your package to reach you. The delivery time cannot, in any case, be guaranteed. We will do our best to accommodate to any shipping requests. Air service delivery charges are extra and are estimated by the delivery zip codes.

 

How is the delivery made?

Bespoke Trendz will deliver anywhere in the world within 4 to 6 weeks from the Order Confirmation date* All international shipments are delivered via DHL to the address provided at the time of the purchase. International clients are responsible for customs duties and applicable taxes.

Once the shipping process has been started, you will receive an email with the details of the courier in charge of the delivery and information about tracking your package online. The progress of the shipment can be tracked on the courier’s website or from your Bespoke Trendz account.

Our business days are Monday-Friday.

The delivery date differs depending on the payment method used and the date of confirmation of the completion of your order. During public holidays, may be delays due to the closing of textile mills. Any delays in the delivery will be communicated through email.

 

I haven’t received my order yet, what should I do?

If for any reason your order has not been delivered within the expected delivery time and you haven’t received any updates on the order status, we suggest you:

Account Orders validate the order status on your Bespoke Trendz account under authenticate that the address is correct;

If the status of the order is “sent” contact the courier directly with your tracking information or visit the courier website online.

In the case of a missed delivery, contact the local courier office with your tracking information or visit the courier website online.
