Bespoke Product Modifications
If your Bespoke garment requires an adjustment, you can contact us directly or advise your local, trusted tailor. We will cover your product alterations (up to $100.00 worth of alterations) or will give you double the cost of alterations in the form of credit towards your next Bespoke purchase.
* Adjustments that will be honored do not include actions greater than those listed in the alterations form.
What to do to adjust your garment
- Bring your Bespoke-designed garment to your local tailor or take it to one of our Bespoke-certified tailors (exclusively in the countries from which the product has been shipped) by booking an appointment.
- Bring our specific alterations form (see below) to local resident tailor and have them note the adjustments required. Alterations noted on the form will be updated on your Bespoke Trendz profile so that we can perfect your fit on future orders.
- Email us the alterations form and a scan or photo of the receipt for the completed alterations to styled@bespoketrendz.com. We will gladly reimburse the cost of alterations (as described in our alterations price list up to defined value of alteration services performed).
- We offer two options for alteration reimbursement: a full refund of the cost of alterations, credits that are valued at twice the cost of the alterations to use on future purchases from Bespoke Trendz.
